Demetris graduated from the University of Cyprus in 2010. He became member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) in 2014. Since February 2019 is a Fellow member o of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Having previous experience for more than 8 years in a big-four audit firm, Demetris is specialized in audit engagements for holding and investment companies as well as in other specialised complex audit engagements for groups of Companies in Cyprus and Abroad, including Consolidated Financial Statements. He has also significant experience in the management of companies through the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Demetris is currently member of the ICPAC Larnaca/Famafusta Coordination Commitee

Stavroula graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University of United Kingdom in 2008. She became member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) in 2013. Since September 2017 is a Fellow member o of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Stavroula is specialized in complex audit engagements for groups of Companies including Consolidated Financial Statements. Through her many years of experience, Stavroula has also gained significant knowledge in complex Tax and VAT issues faced by local clients in a variety of industry sectors.

Demetra graduated from PA College Larnaca in 2017. She became member of the Association of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Whales (ICAEW) in 2020 and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) in 2021.
Demetra joined our firm in April 2024 and has experience in audit engagements of both, holding and trading companies. She is the youngest member of our Audit Department, highlighting our company’s philosophy to invest in the bright and promising future of the youth today.
